This Privacy Policy explains how Ridgestone Growth ("Ridgestone Growth", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our advertising management services and our website at https://www.ridgestone.co.

Ridgestone Growth provides lead generation and advertising management services to business clients. This policy applies to information we handle in the course of providing those services.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Client business information — details clients provide about their business, such as company name, services offered, service areas, goals, and marketing preferences.
• Contact details — names, email addresses, phone numbers, and similar contact information for our clients and their designated representatives.
• Advertising performance data — campaign, cost, and performance data from advertising accounts that a client connects and authorizes us to access, including data accessed through the Google Ads API.

We access a client's connected advertising accounts only after that client explicitly authorizes the connection, and only to the extent needed to manage and report on their campaigns. Authorization can be withdrawn at any time.

We use the information described above to manage and report on our clients' advertising campaigns. Specifically, we use it to set up, operate, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on a client's behalf, to produce performance reports and recommendations for that client, and to communicate with the client about their account and our services.

We do not use advertising performance data for any purpose unrelated to providing our services to the client the data belongs to.

Ridgestone Growth's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our access to and use of data obtained through the Google Ads API is also governed by the Google Ads API Terms of Service. We access Google Ads data only for accounts a client has authorized, and only to manage and report on that client's advertising campaigns.

We do not sell information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Information is accessed only by Ridgestone Growth staff who need it to deliver our services to the client it belongs to.

We may disclose information where required to do so by law, or where necessary to protect our legal rights.

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide our services to the client, and afterwards only for as long as required to meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or remove its association with the client.

A client may request deletion of their information at any time by contacting us at the address below.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. Access to client data is restricted to staff who require it to perform their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, request that we delete it, or withdraw an authorization you previously granted us — including disconnecting a connected advertising account. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to affected clients.
